• Design + Styling Plan – custom concept board, colour palette, layout, and décor vision tailored to your venue and vibe
• Full Décor Setup (Day Before) – setup and styling of décor items rented, purchased, or provided by the couple. I can source and coordinate rentals through trusted vendors for a cohesive, professional finish
• Vendor Collaboration – communication and setup coordination with your rental, floral, and catering vendors to ensure every detail flows together
• On-Site Coordination (Wedding Day) – vendor direction, timeline flow, cueing, and calm problem-solving so everything runs seamlessly
• Customized Ceremony Officiating — a heartfelt, personalized ceremony with your love story woven throughout, thoughtful vow support, and all legal paperwork handled with care
•  Rehearsal Support

• Up to 4 hours of décor setup (day before or day of)
• Styling, placement, and staging of décor items provided by the couple
• Creative direction for balance, spacing, and visual flow
• Final touch-ups to ensure everything feels cohesive and photo-ready

Next-Morning Reset

• Return to the venue the following morning within an agreed time window
• Up to 3 hours of décor teardown.
• Packing and organizing décor items provided by the couple
• Bar décor and alcohol packed and staged for pickup
  (transportation of alcohol not included)
  • Reset of styled areas to pre-event condition

Includes everything listed above, with teardown completed the evening of the wedding instead of the following morning.

• Up to 4 hours of Décor Setup (Day Before and Day Of) Styling + placement of décor items provided by the couple.
  (Signage, centerpieces, candles, table décor, aisle styling.)
• Placement and staging of décor items provided by the couple. 
• Creative direction for balance, spacing, and visual flow. 
• Final touch-ups to ensure everything feels cohesive and photo-ready.
• Light guidance on layout to enhance the overall aesthetic.

• Tear-down or next-morning clean-up, custom design board or design plan, décor sourcing/shopping/pickup, vendor communication or coordination, ceremony/officiating tasks, or day-of timeline/management duties. 

Best For:  Couples who know their vision, have their décor ready to go, and want a stylist’s touch to elevate their space.

This decor service applies to the reception space only. Ceremony and/or cocktail area can be added on for an additional investment

  Covers extra travel, setup, and transition time between ceremony and reception venues
• Cocktail Hour Setup or Flip — from $150
  Setup or styling of your cocktail area, bar décor, and smooth transition between ceremony and reception
• Ceremony Space Styling — from $175
  Setup and staging of altar, seating, signage, and aisle décor — ensuring your “I Do” space looks intentional and cohesive
• Additional Day-of Assistant — from $150
  An extra set of hands for vendor deliveries, transitions, or quick resets 
• Late-Night or Next-Morning Reset Extension — from $200
  For extended cleanup, venue resets, or teardown beyond contracted time
• Rehearsal Support — $75
