The cost of an officiant varies depending on the level of personalization, storytelling, and services included in your ceremony.

 All pricing includes HST.

I officiate weddings of all kinds—whether you’re planning an intimate elopement, a grand celebration, a themed wedding, or a spiritual union, I work with you to create a ceremony that reflects your love story. 

Absolutely! Love is love, and I proudly officiate weddings for all couples, all identities, and all love stories. Your wedding will be honored and celebrated with respect and joy. 

The sooner, the better — popular dates fill up fast.

For officiating services, I recommend booking 6–9 months in advance.
For coordination, styling, and decorating, 9–12 months is ideal to allow time for planning and logistics.

For all-inclusive experiences, booking up to a year in advance is recommended to secure your date and allow everything to come together seamlessly.

If you’re planning something on shorter notice, reach out — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

Yes — every couple meets with me at least once so I can truly get to know you and your love story.

I prefer meeting in person whenever possible, as it allows us to connect on a more personal level and ensures your ceremony feels natural, comfortable, and completely you. Virtual meetings are also available based on location and convenience.

For couples who want more support, I’m there for that too — whether it’s walking through your ceremony, refining the details, or being by your side at your ceremony rehearsal.

 Yes! Writing your own vows is a beautiful way to express your love. If you need help, I offer vow-writing guidance to make the process easy and meaningful. 

Most ceremonies last between fifteen and thirty minutes, depending on your script and any additional rituals included.

Additional services, such as ceremony rehearsal support, custom rituals, and themed attire, are included in select experiences.

Rehearsal attendance is available in select experiences. If you’d like me to guide your rehearsal, let’s discuss the details when booking. 

Yes! I am based in Mount Brydges, but I am available for travel within (1 hour) and destination weddings upon request. 

While I take every precaution to be there as planned, if an emergency arises, I have a network of trusted backup C.I.M.M. officiants who can step in to ensure your ceremony still happens beautifully and seamlessly. 

The couple is responsible for obtaining the marriage licence before the wedding and bringing it to the ceremony. You must apply for and pick up your marriage licence from a municipal office or city hall within 90 days of your wedding date, as licences are only valid for that period. The licence must be presented to the officiant before the ceremony for the marriage to proceed. 

Your ceremony is designed to be an authentic, heartfelt, and memorable moment. Because of this, I do not provide full ceremony scripts in advance.

If you’d like to review specific parts of the ceremony — such as vows, unity rituals, or readings — I’m always happy to go through those with you.

Yes! Loved ones can take part in your ceremony by doing a reading, sharing a blessing, or assisting with special rituals. You can even have a friend or family member act as an officiant for the day, delivering part of the ceremony while I handle the legalities and ensure everything flows smoothly. Whether it’s a co-officiated ceremony or a special tribute, I’ll help make it meaningful, seamless, and uniquely yours. 

Of course! If you want to include a ritual, I’m all in.

Whether it’s a Thread of Love, Ring Warming, a meaningful cultural or spiritual tradition, or something uniquely your own, I’ll help weave it into your ceremony in a way that feels natural, intentional, and completely you.

No awkward transitions, no “now we do this” energy — just a moment that fits seamlessly into your story.

That’s perfectly fine! I specialize in creating ceremonies that reflect your unique love story—whether that’s funny, romantic, non-traditional, or completely themed (think gothic, fantasy, movie-inspired, etc.). If you can dream it, I can officiate it. 

I’m there to make sure everything runs smoothly — managing the flow, keeping things on track, and handling the details behind the scenes so you don’t have to.

From setup and styling to timeline management and coordination, I take over so you can be fully present and actually enjoy your day — not run it.

If your experience also includes officiating, I seamlessly move between both roles to keep your ceremony and day flowing naturally.

 I work with the décor, rentals, and pieces you’ve chosen, bringing everything together so it feels cohesive, intentional, and complete. 

 f anything needs to be added, I can help guide you — but my role is to decorate and bring everything together, not to supply full décor or rentals. 

Booking is easy! Simply contact me to check availability, and once your date is confirmed, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer will officially secure your wedding on my calendar. 

Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the ceremony.
