Vested in Love Weddings & Celebrations (Officiant Services)
- You choose your ceremony style as part of your package — romantic, joyful, traditional, or something totally you
- Legal paperwork is always included (unless it’s a vow renewal)
- You can write your own vows or use our vow support
- Travel fees may apply outside the local area
- Rehearsals are included in some packages or available as an add-on
Vested Coordinating
- Availability: Now booking for 2026 weddings.
- Rate: Introductory 2026 rate of $880 (lock this in — prices will rise in future seasons).
- Timing: Coordination begins about 4–6 weeks before your wedding with timeline + vendor check-ins.
- Day-of Role: I’m the go-to person for vendors, family, and your wedding party — so you don’t have to be.
- Travel: Based in Mount Brydges, Ontario, I serve London, Strathroy, Sarnia, St. Thomas, Goderich, Woodstock, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside this region.
- Booking: A signed agreement and 50% retainer secures your date.
Vested gatherings (Ceremony Space)
- Packages (or as we call them — experiences) include:
- Private, styled indoor space
- Artificial floral bouquet & boutonniere (or same-sex equivalent)
- Non-alcoholic toast + cake cutting
- Still photography (captured with care — not professional)
- Ceremony music (you provide up to 3 songs)
- Optional add-ons: professional photography, fresh florals, ghost chairs, custom signage
- Outside decor isn’t permitted — our space is fully styled with love
- Maximum guest count: 20
- A non-refundable retainer holds your date, with the balance due one week before your ceremony
