  Guidance and recommendations to help bring your wedding vision to life, including décor placement, layout suggestions, timeline flow, guest experience, logistics, and thoughtful details that create a cohesive, intentional, and stress-free celebration.  Your experience includes three guided planning meetings throughout your wedding journey:
• Meeting One — Wedding Vision, Design & Early Planning
  We’ll explore your overall wedding vision, décor and styling ideas, layout, logistics, priorities, and the early details needed to start bringing everything together.
• Meeting Two — Ceremony Planning
  We’ll focus on your ceremony, including the flow, wedding party, processional and recessional, personal touches, vows, and the details I need to create your customized ceremony.
• Meeting Three — Wedding Coordination
  Closer to the wedding, we’ll finalize your wedding-day timeline, vendor details, setup and décor plans, ceremony logistics, reception flow, and all the behind-the-scenes details needed for the day to run smoothly.
• Décor Setup + Decorating (Day Before or Day Of) Decorating and setup of décor items rented, purchased, or provided by the couple. I bring everything together for a cohesive, intentional look
•  On-Site Coordination (Wedding Day) Vendor arrivals, ceremony flow, and timeline management from start to finish
• Customized Ceremony Officiating — a heartfelt, personalized ceremony with your love story woven throughout, thoughtful vow support, and all legal paperwork handled with care
•   Rehearsal Support
  Ceremony flow guidance and cueing for the wedding party, provided in person when scheduling allows or via a guided walkthrough
• Next-Morning Clean-Up – teardown and venue reset for décor items managed by my team

(No Officiating • No Coordination)  

For couples who already have their décor and simply need a professional to bring it all together with intention and a polished final look

What's Included 

Décor Setup (Day Before or Day Of)

• Up to 4 hours of décor setup 
• Decorating, placement, and staging of décor items provided by the couple 
• Guidance on balance, spacing, and visual flow as needed 
• Final touch-ups to ensure everything feels cohesive and photo-ready

Next-Morning Reset

• Return to the venue the following morning within an agreed time window
• Up to 3 hours of décor teardown  and organization 
• Packing and organizing décor items provided by the couple
• Bar décor and alcohol packed and staged for pickup
  (transportation of alcohol not included)
• Reset of decorated areas to pre-event condition

 Reset timing is based on venue access, event end time, and staffing availability 

Best For:  Couples who have their décor prepared and want it decorated and set up with care, then reset the next day — without having to handle it themselves

This décor service applies to the reception space only. Ceremony and/or cocktail area can be added on for an additional investment 

 (Available with any coordination or décor package)  

•  Arch Setup Add-On — from $150 +HST
  Setup, staging, and stabilization of      arches, backdrops, or heavy structures
• Extra Setup or Reset Hours — from $150 +HST
  For larger spaces, layered designs, or detailed décor layouts that need additional time
• Second Location Setup — from $200+HST
  Covers extra travel, setup, and transition time between ceremony and reception venues
• Cocktail Hour Setup or Flip — from $150+HST
  Setup or Decorating of your cocktail area, bar décor, and smooth transition between ceremony and reception
• Ceremony Space Decorating — from $175
  Setup and staging of altar, seating, signage, and aisle décor — ensuring your “I Do” space looks intentional and cohesive
• Additional Day-of Assistant — from $150 +HST
  An extra set of hands for vendor deliveries, transitions, or quick resets 
• Next-Morning Reset Extension — from $200 +HST
  For extended cleanup, venue resets, or teardown beyond contracted time
• Rehearsal Support —$75 +HST
  A guided ceremony walkthrough with cues for entrances, vows, and timing 
•  Travel Outside Service Area — $45 +HST

All labour add-ons are based on actual time and logistics required. Final rates confirmed during consultation
